SW Requirements:
IDE: S32DS for ARM v2018.R1
SDK: S32K1xx SDK RTM 3.0.0
AMMCLib: S32K14x_AMMCLIB_v1.1.15
FreeMASTER(MCAT): v2.5 or later

and I made a test on S32DS for ARM v2018.R1 ,which works fine on my side.

         please install IDE: S32DS for ARM v2018.R1 & SDK: S32K1xx SDK RTM 3.0.0,then try again,

as i said above, i don't have the motor kits,so can not  test it for you
