ISELED under FREERTOS

Hello:

     I'm trying to run an iseled sample under freertos,but it can not work.I created only one task which controls one led, runs every 20ms.I checked the waveform and found that a piece of the waveform is missing,as attachment shows.The normal waveform is a sample without freertos runs the same task.Is there any suggestion about how to fix this problem?Or any sample code about iseled run under freertos?
