How to modify an icf in IAR?

I am using IAR, I want to modify an icf.

So I need to add extra RAM and ROM for calibration, but I keep getting errors when I compile this project.

I am currently working on S32K146, I already added two regions for calibration flash and RAM.

that's too little information. Which device do you have exactly and how do you change the linker file?
