1.I don't see any problems with your configuration.
2.If you use the demo from the IDE,it's works in loop-back mode. If you want it to work in Normal mode, please configure the FlexCAN related pins.
3.Check whether your CAN transceiver needs to be configured.For example, if you are using S32K312EVB, then you need to configure the TJA1153 transceiver.
