How do I correct ADC?

I used ADC to collect voltage, the error difference of more than 100 mV, I also read the ADC datasheet, as if ADC needs calibration before use, but I do not know how to calibrate, calibration configuration ADC which registers?

The ADC calibration is described in the RM. See chapter 39.5.6 Calibration function for steps that must be done; http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/reference-manuals/S32K-RM.pdf
