HSE Flashing using PE micro

I Tried HSE flashing on the NXP S32K3xx using WinIDEA   Update NXP S32K3xx HSE Firmware   it was successful.

I want to flash the HSE firmware on an NXP S32K312 device using a PEmicro debugger. Please provide the correct procedure.

It is basically the same functionality as HSE DEMO ported to the code which is debugger independent. For instance if you use S32K344_HSE_FW_INSTALL, you may install HSE FW with using of any debugger.
