We want to take inputs from CAN messages that is received and give these inputs to NXP blocks such as adc . pwm functions for S32k3xx.

this seems to be rather application question, so it is up to user how process/use received data from CAN module.

Yeah that is at application side but the query is that do we have any means to provide this CAN inputs to the NXP function Blocks because these blocks read inputs from the pin directly there is no option to provide external input to these blocks.

if you are asking about signal multiplexing on MCU pad then refer to chapter 4 of the device RM and device IOMUX file attached to this document, to know which peripheral function can be assigned to each MCU pad
