Getting started with Freemaster tool, S32k116 not connecting

Hi,

I have installed Freemaster 2.0 and connected my S32k116 evaluation board to my usb port, I've followed the guide and adjusted the communication on the project with the following settings 
PORT: Open SDA
Speed: 115200

when I try to start the communication an error happens with log window attached below.

thank you for your swift response , my problem was solved apparently I didn't setup the jumpers correctly for usb
