Generating makefiles from S32Studio

Generating makefiles from S32Studio

How can I generate makefiles from my  C project in S32studio. 

NOTE: the option of "automatically generate make files" is dimmed and not working

Apologies for replying late. 

 

As I looked in the build properties, I see that by default the selection is "external builder" as shown below

You have selected "internal builder" for you project. I can see that when internal builder is selected it disables the ""Generate makefiles automatically" 

 

Please can you check if it works with by default option that is "external builder". 

 

Also, if you have selected internal builder for some reason, or anything which is changing the particular option, please can you explain the requirement.

Thank you for replying.

Unfortunately, also the choice of Internal build is dimmed, so I can't change it to an external builder. 

I tried the "Restore Defaults" option but the internal builder remains the same and dimmed. as shown in the screenshot.
