FormatKeyCatalog returns different error codes

I have 2 different build configurations of the same project where I'm running HSE on S32K344, and I faced a weird issue where my FormatKeyCatalog API is returning HSE_SRV_RSP_OK in project A, whereas it returns HSE_SRV_RSP_NOT_SUPPORTED in project B on the same hardware.
I have also attached the SS of both scenarios. Both configurations are running with D-Cache disabled.

What does it mean "2 different build configurations of the same project"?

Are the catalogs the same in both projects? Or what is the difference? I would need more details to be able to provide some help.
