How to program/flash hex/elf file into s32k144 MCU board (BMS) with out using S32DS IDE.
Please provide the tools/utilies.

There are also some other alternatives like Elnec, DataIO, Xeltek... But personally I have no experience with them so I'm not in a position to recommend them.
