HI. I ask the following questions.

- Condition
1) Sensorless & Speed control & self-made motor
2) DCBUS voltage: Approx. 8.5V (low voltage state)
3) Speed PI Controller Limits
Upper limit: 25[A]
Lower limit: -25[A]
- problem
1) Unstable Id, Iq output. (refer to the waveform below)
2) Motor stopped with FOCError.
- Analysis
1) If Iq = -25[A] MAX & Id = 0[A], it is judged as unstable output.
2) After changing the limit, the same result occurs even after evaluation.
3) When Id != 0[A], it is normally constant current at Iq = MAX[A].
- Questions
1) Please give your opinion on how to understand the above.
2) Please check whether the Speed Loop function is operating normally.
-> If it is a normal operation, should it be controlled in consideration of this?
