Fail to read memory on S32k312

Hello:

I'm using J-link plus and J-Flash V7.70c sw. I received a board with S32K312 microcontroller. The problem is I can't read all chip,

Can anyone help to understand how the microcontroller can be unlocked?

Hello @tochtliyo,

The memory region is not implemented on the S32K312.

But it should not fail to read it.

Can you elaborate what exactly you do?

And why you read this memory region?

2. Selecting device

3. Connecting

Connected successfully

4. Reading entire chip

I will have a J-trace tomorrow so I can test it.

But have you tried reading only selected sectors since the memory range you read now is not implemented anyway?

I can't reproduce the issue on my side:

Do you have more EVBs?

Please double check whether the HSE_FW is installed or not.

I have just tried with HSE_FW installed on S32K312.

The reading flails but with a different error message:
