FS32K148 read/write J-link

hello, need info on what segger device to use for reading/writing FS32K148. I have two damaged automotive devices with this chip inside (internal sotware error), my job is to copy memory from working chip and write it to the ones with internal error. What device should i get J-link-EDU, J-link Basic, J-link Plus or J-link Pro ? Thanks in advance
