FMEDA of SN29500 based S32K118 IC

Hi~

Completed NDA and downloaded FMEDA.

The MCU used is S32K118.

The downloaded FMEDA is based on IEC/TR 62380.

So I want to know if NXP has an SN 29500 based FMEDA.

If yes, I would like to receive the document.

If not, can I get the "FailureRateBasis_IEC_TR62380_S32K118_ver_1.0.xlsx" documentation?
