I have to compile a FMEDA for my board with S32K344 microcontroller.
I have dowload S32K344 FMEDA SEooC Static excel file, but inside there is only a Total Failure Rate or FIT for single componet as FIRC, PLL etc.
I need a document, as FMEDA S32K116, were we can selec the only peripherals we use, so we have a rigth FIT for the componet in board FMEDA, and do not have the board FMEDA result unnecessarily burdened
