FLASH memory Erase time

I am using S9KEAZN64AMLC MCU (Custom board). I am writing some data in EEPROM and PFLASH.

I have observed that, for erase it is taking 5 msec for EEPROM 1 sector, and for PFLASH it is taking 20 msec 1 sector. it is correct as per the datasheet.

But my requirement is all tasks should complete in 1 msec. Is there any way to split the erase time?

bus clock and FLASH clock is 16Mhz

I'm sorry, but if the data sheet explains these parameters, there is no way to reduce or divide it.
