Hello!
I was trying to activate the EB Tresos Studio using EB Client License Administrator V1.5.1 with the following activation code: B25C-AEBB-4319-BAB1 (valid until 06/30/2026) as reported on the NXP website. However, the registration keeps failing. I also tried offline activation, but that failed too. The log is as follows:

INFO: Trusted Storage initialization done.
Manual Node-Locked License Activation processing ...
ERROR: Processing response (50019,41200,10246)
Activating NodeLocked License B25C-AEBB-4319-BAB1, Number Of Licenses: 1
Status: 4, Creating request

Status: 5, Request created

Status: 6, Context created

Status: 7, Connected to remote server

Status: 0, Error

ERROR: flxActAppActivationSend (50018,41145,32)
Connection to FlexNet Operations Server failed.

What should I do to resolve this situation? It has been troubling me for several days.

Thank you

Hello,

I attempted the registration again this morning, but it kept failing. I've tried various solutions found online without success. After receiving your reply, I retried once more, and it still failed. The log is as follows:

Hello,

I have just check it with flexera admin, and there should be no issue.

I have also activated it yesterday.

He proposed  that you can try restarting PC, maybe some firewall is preventing reaching our NXP flexera servers.

Best regards,

Peter

Hello!
I have disabled all firewalls, but the registration still fails. I also tried the offline method by obtaining the activation.xml from https://elektrobit.flexnetoperations.com/control/elkb/offlineActivation. The information in the activation.xml is shown below:

Hello,

I was talking with our admin and this is out of our possibilities, since it is not NXP product.

He recommends to reach out to EB helpline.

NXP can't help here any further.

Best regards,

Peter
