EB Tresos 29.0 Issue

I activated EBtresos 29.0 using offline activation, but encountered the following issue: an error occurred with processing response (50019, 41200, 10246). How can I resolve this?After trying many times without success, I had no choice but to use offline activation.

I have just tested new code valid until end of year and activation was sucesfull.

You will find it on your NXP SW account within a day or so.

I am not sure which steps you take, but here is the activation guide from EB:

5.1.3. Activating a single user or evaluation license offline

Hi，The activation code I used is B25C-AEBB-4319-BAB1 (valid until 06/30/2026)from the NXP official website . Generating the offline activation file activation.xml displayed a failure.After multiple attempts, the activation.xml file still shows as failed. How can I resolve this? Thank you very much for your help.The software is EB Client License Administrator 1.5.1

I also tried generating an activation request file using my computer, but the activation.xml file generated with my colleague's NXP account still shows as failed.

Here is the official answer I have got from flexera admin:

Update is in progress. It's been passed on to the people who have the rights to update it.

For serious development I suggest to buy permanent license from EB. Otherwise you have to wait in this situations for renewal of evaluation licenses.
