Can't use Automotive Software Package Manager

I would like to download all data of S32K358 from Automotive Software Package Manager.

But every time I send the request, the status would go to "Pending", and then "Rejected".

How do I fix it?

Just to confirm, did you have access to HVBMS software through My NXP Account -> Software Licensing and Support -> Software accounts?

Yes, I can access this system and download the data I need.

But Automotive Software Package Manager is more convenient that I can download a lot of data with a package instead of downloading them 1-by-1.
