CAN FD Error in S32k144

Dear Team,

I am using the S32k144 evaluation board and I am trying to establish CAN FD communication between it and the Canoe environment.

I configured S32k144 with arbitration phase bit rate 500kb/s and data phase bit rate 2Mb/s

When I start canoe with real bus, it gives me not acknowledge error:

But while I am trying to connect through IG block and simulation bus it's working as expected.

Could you please suggest ..what is the exact issue and solution for this issue?

Hi,

be sure board is powered by 12V and SBC's transceiver is active. Is there anything transmitted by S32K144? Is there any error detected (check ESR1 ECR registers)?
check if both nodes uses same CAN bit timing (arbitration/data phases, sample points) and same protocol is used (ISO FD, non-ISO FD)
