About Freescale Board Locking

Dear NXP support team, 

We have made board using PS32K144 AVLHA 0N57U CTZB1716A part and while working it got locked. I tried to unlock it. So I wanted to know the reasons of boards getting locked and how we can unlock it?

Hi,

Have you tried the Device recovery by full chip erase option in Design Studio debugger configuration?

There is a possibility that the last download failed and SEC bits were left in the erased state (secured).

But in this case you should be able to erase and reprogram the MCU.

Did you rewrite the Flash configuration field in the linker file, or did you write directly to 0x400 - 0x40C?
