ADC 2 instance for s32k344

Hi

I am triggering  the ADC at  each reload event of a pwm signal through the BCTU , the issue i am facing is that when i am triggering the ADC instance 2 at 40 kHz is working i can sample the data from the input , but when i am trying to sampling it at 2kHz there are no input , i do not have that issue at ADC 1 AND 2 instance, what do i miss here ?

i am using S32k344 .RTD 3.00
