The S32K396/S32K37 series has 2 packages and I found the 289 ball MAPBGA package here: https://www.nxp.com/packages/SOT1534-4. However, I cannot find a copy of the 176-pin LQFP-EP (Doc number: 98ASA01825D). I'd like to ask for a copy of this document.

Additionally, I'd like to confirm if these 3 part numbers below have the same package and pinout as S32K376NHT1MJBST?
