我的linux应用程序在.service文件中的execstartpre使用"echo $$ > /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu,cpuacct/tasks"希望将自己的pid加入到cgroup文件中，使得程序自身的子线程A可以创建出另一个子线程B，线程B拥有sched_rr权限且sched_priority=1和PTHREAD_CREATE_JOINABLE，为什么这么做线程B有概率会创建失败，提示"Operation not permitted"
