I'm using goldvip 1.7.0 and add marvell phy (1G, RGMII) at gmac/pfe1. If using SD boot, which means only A53 boot up, system can ping to another MCU whether config to gamc or pfe1 after boot into linux kernel. Once update goldvip image and boot from qspi, pfe1 can link up but not able to ping.
I also try erase goldvip-gateway.bin in qspi. Then pfe1 is able to ping. Since A53 as pfe master, and m7 will not touch emac1 as default. I'm not sure why goldvip-gateway.bin make this different.
What should I do if I want to boot up with goldvip image and need pfe1 able to ping? Should I define pfe1 slave at m7 in goldvip-gateway?
