Hi,

In the G2 rm, it's said the read limitation is 20m times per bit.

After every standby mode exist, there will be a destructive reset and the efuse need to be read again. If G2 swtiches between standby mode and fast boot mode frequently, after some time, the efuse will have problem?

How should I avoid to damage the efuse?

Hi,

If the accumulative reads to a specific bit surpasses 2 million reads, we cannot longer confirm the correct functioning on regards of the read operation under the eFuses (which should be around 550 reads per day under a 10-year lifespan, under a single bit).

Since this is part of platform, there is no plan or document on how to avoid damage to the eFuse. One possibility is to have a copy of the fuses on an external EEPROM, for redundancy.

Please, let us know.
