S32G3 DDR Support List

The ddr chip  used on the S32G3 development board are micro MT53E1G32D2FW-046 AUT: B

But our development board uses Samsung's chip (K4FBE3D4HM THCL).

How can I check the DDR chips  supported by S32G3 ?.    And how to support new DDR chips?

Hi,

We don't normally provide a list for supported devices under the S32G family. The following recommendations are provided from the internal team:

"=> Any LPDDR4 protocol compliant DRAM in the market can be interfaced with S32G2 and S32G3 with max density of 4GB.

=> S32G3 has an extra feature to interface of 4GB with one rank configurations using ROW17 support in DDR controller, where S32G2 does not support ROW17 support.

=> Non-binary density DRAM like 3GB is not recommended for both G2 and G3"
