Does SJA1110 support Ethernet Ring Protection Swiching?

I believe that switch firmware could handle that. However, S32G+SJA1110 can do that for sure. This video Argus Automotive Ethernet IDPS Optimized Using NXP S32G | NXP Semiconductors shows how S32G stops instantly an ethernet intruder.
Currently, SJA1105 and SJA1110 do not support ERPS. There will be the new one series of switches - S32J - but not many details have been shared yet.

SJA1110 is not currently supported, but is it possible to support by switch firmware update without changing H/W?
And also can I get a list of NXP automotive ethernet switches that support ERPS?
