S32G3 lockstep errors in FCCU

Hello,

I have a lockstep enabled S32G3 board. Right after the board up, FCCU NCF_S0 at 0x4030c080) register shows 0x401, which means there's a A53 lockstep error.

-I'm wondering if it's possible to get more detailed info regarding which part (i.e. timer, memory, cache, etc.) actually causes the lockstep error and why.

-Any idea why this happens?
