S32G PFE master Failed to send

I've been testing the pfe_master demo based on the llce code to implement ARP and ping functionality. Currently, pfe initialization passes, but I've noticed it's not sending correctly.
Tst_Pfe_SendDummyFrame->Eth_43_PFE_ProvideTxBuffer returns BUFREQ_E_BUSY. Could you help me check my EB configuration or the call process to see where the issue might be?
