S32 SPI5 could not read data from slave

I am trying get data from SPI slave with SPI5

1、Slave device is PCS21125

2、CS is high active,Set PCSIS Bit0 to 1)

3、follow is MISO and clk ,but in Linux driver,read POPR return 0.

I want to know is anything speical need to when PCSIS Bit is set to 1。 thanks。。。。

Is the QSPI connected, then its problem of PCS2115, because it is running ok.
