S32 Design Studio Read time out

I am unable to install any package with Design Studio 3.5 - An error occured while collecting items to be installed. In a log I see java SocketException - Read timed out
I tried multiple packages and reinstalling Design Studio. I work remotelly connecting via NXP VPN.

I will some more information to be able to support you:

- Did this error started after a new installation or just started happening in normal S32DS use?

- Which packages in particular have you unsuccessfully tried to install?

- Which method are you following to install packages to S32DS?

- Can you please share the logs you show in the screenshot and also the installation logs? the latter should be in a path similar to this C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.5_installation\Logs
