We are using S32G3 RTD drivers, and there we have not found any information about which files user may change. 

for example, Dio_MemMap.h

so could anyone tell me where can we found this information?

Overall, each NXP package should come with a license.rtf or similar file which should provide the details of the license being used and the limits of it.

Aside from this, we can recommend contacting your local NXP FAE/DFAE/representative, for them to provide you with a better understanding on regards of the terms and agreements being used for each NXP package. I have contacted local representative and they told me to ask in NXP community this question. I have read the license.rtf file but there I have not find any information about file changes which user can change.
