Hi,

We are working on PFE and took PFE_Demo code as reference. This code we downloaded from https://www.nxp.com/design/designs/s32g2-vehicle-networking-reference-design:S32G-VNP-RDB2.  PFE-Demo code is attached below.

Capture12.JPG

We imported the project lwip_s32g274a (D:\Pfe demo\PFE-demo\RTD_PFE_DEMO\source\lwip_s32g274a) as per Enable PFE ethernet interface with LWIP and FreeRTOS on M7 core document . Document is also attached below for your reference.

After building the project we are getting errors , we checked the error path (stacks/tcpip/lwip/src/netif/ppp/polarssl/subdir.mk) but in that path there is no subdir.mk file.

Can u plz help..

Hi,

We followed the attached guide as well as downloaded the demo from the NXP page and we have not seen this problem. In which S32 Design Studio are you importing the demo?

The demo is as it is. There is no need of code generation, just import it to the workspace and compile it. Some warnings will pop-up, but no errors should be presented.

Please, let us know.

Hi Daniel,

We are using S32DS 3.4 version. Also attached a screenshot of attached zip files to S32DS 3.4.

In the PFE-demo code,  Project was not compiling, getting errors. Devassert.h  missing, where to get this file. My work is stopped. I have also attached a console text file below.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. The capture you showed us is the "update sites" that you have added to S32DS. It gives us information on what you might have installed, but for a better understanding, you could provide us with the installation details available under:

"Help / Installation Details"

Also, we are looking that PFE-demo is using RTD v1.0.0, as shown below:

Do you have it installed on your current set-up? This should be bundled with your S32DS v3.4 installation, it just needs to be installed. The package name should be "S32 RTD AUTOSAR 4.4 Version 1.0.0".

Please, let us know.
