Peripheral circuits difference between S32G274A Mask1N92V&Mask0P77B

Hello,

I want to upload binaries to the flash through JTAG using Lauterbach in our new board(serialboot mode),

it said, "B::SYStem.Mode PREPARE" and failed.

The only difference about this new board is the S32G274 device,

PS32G274ABVUC 1N92V SBAF2002A(old one works fine), 

S32G274AABVUC 0P77B SBCB2119A(new one failed).

So, do we have to do any modifications of the peripheral circuit when we replace 1N92V with 0P77B?

What modifications do I have to do?
