Hello, @Atkinson

Thanks for your reply.

I feel sorry that there is not a directly link for downloading the BSP43.0 UM, it could be found in the BSP images downloading page from your account.

For issues that need to be shared with some private information, we suggest raising new support ticket via support.nxp.com.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hello, @Atkinson

Thanks for your reply.

1. The best guide for directly booting the board via A53 is the BSP UM, for now, I suggest reading BSP43.0 UM for details; for using M7 bootloader and the A53 BSP together, the AN13750 would be the correct choice.

2. I feel sorry that there are not such documents formally provisioned by NXP, I apologize.

Hello, @Atkinson

You are welcome

1. In general, the A53 cores could be brought up via A53 bootloader(BootROM->TFA) directly, or by the M7 bootloader(BootROM->M7 Bootloader->TFA).

2. It is possible to either running FreeRTOS or AUTOSAROS on RDB2,  it is also possible to run the FreeRTOS on one M7 core, while running AUTOSAROS on the other M7 core.

Hello @chenyin_h

I would like to know more about the accessing the cores
1.) How to do that, is there any documentation specify how to access the A53 Cores Bootloader or via through M7 Bootloader accessing the A53
2.)How to do that, for this also any documentation is there to do running AUTOSAROS on the M7 core or A53 core or the each core utilization which uses different Core in RDB32 Board

Hello, @Atkinson

Thanks for the post.

Generally, S32G274 is on the RDB2, there are 3 M7 cores and 4 A53 cores within the SOC.

From NXP's perspective, BSP is provided for bring up the board via A53 cores, while M core SDK(RTD) is provided as the base for bringing the board via M7 cores, so there are software provided for both M7 and A53 cores.

For M7 side, usually different applications are running on different cores, and for A53 side, usually the 4 cores are managed in one OS(Linux SMP).

For using all cores on RDB2, there is a recommended method, which is in detailed shown in AN13750, I suggest reading it for further reference.(https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=AN13750)

Hello @chenyin_h
Thanks for the Reply!

So "for A53 side, usually the 4 cores are managed in one OS(Linux SMP)" how to bring this up ?
Whether in S32G274A is it possible to switch it from FreeRTOS Compliant to AUTOSAR Compliant?
