How to S32G274A U-boot(v39.0) EL2 setup for hypervisor ?

I am trying to do the following commands to manually build the bootloader as I want to enable EL2 and flash a hypervisor.

I have download u-boot and checkout to v39.0.

What I need to modify u-boot source codes for EL2, Hypervisor?
