Fix goldbox

I am Song Minjun, a student of AESLAB at the Tech University of Korea in Korea.

Our lab purchased the gold box of nxp through a company called Mouser Electronics in Korea around September 2023.

However, while using the board, the micro 5-pin terminal came off.

So I want to fix this but I don't know what to do.

I'm contacting you because I received an answer that the company that purchased the board cannot be repaired because it is only a company that distributes boards.

We understand that one of the micro-usb ports came off, is this correct? We are sorry for the problem you have run into.

Under this specific channel, we cannot provide any rework of your board. If the port was already damaged prior to you receiving it, we can recommend trying to ask for a guarantee. If it was due to day-to-day use, we can recommend contacting any local electronics shop near to you, which you know is an established and a quality one, for them to help you soldered the missing port.
