Hi all,
I have been working with the S32G399A-RDB3 board and have built a custom Yocto image based on your provided BSP, with some modifications.
I've purchased the S32G-VNP-GLDBOX3 board and would like to confirm the following:
Can I use the same Yocto BSP and image that I built for the S32G399A-RDB3 directly on the GoldBox 3?
Are there any differences in device trees, hardware configurations (e.g., Ethernet PHYs, PMICs, USB transceivers), or bootloader settings that I should be aware of?
Do you provide a separate BSP or machine configuration specific to GoldBox 3?
I would appreciate your guidance to ensure a smooth transition without compatibility issues.
Hello, @MohamedAbdelslam
Thanks for the post.
1. Yes, if your modified BSP images work fine on RDB3, then they could be used on GoldBOX3 correctly.
2. No differences from my understanding.
3. As what I have mentioned, the same BSP images could be used for RDB3 and GoldBOX3.

Hi Chenyin,
thanks for your answer
I understand that flashing images is also the same way as flashing on s32g399ardb3 ( I mean the flashing methodology (switches configurations and s32 flash tool and so on)
is that right?
