build the Bootloader for S32R45 failed

1. edit the D:/NXP/Platform_Software_Integration_S32R45_2022_03/code/framework/realtime/swc/bootloader/platforms/S32R45/build/launch.bat file, by replacing the default paths with the actual paths on my local host.

2. execute launch.bat, but failed.

Hello,

if you does not set environment variables for cygwin, it will report errors.
Refer to the attachments to see how to set cygwin paths.
