Have you tried to activate with Offline method?

It is possible that a firewall setting is blocking your PC from accessing the activation server. Sometimes this blocks the offline activation method, when performed from the same PC. You may need to use another PC, smartphone, tablet, or other device equipped with a web browser to perform the activation on the server, then transfer the resulting file to your PC for completion of the activation of S32 Design Studio.
