Unable to activation S32 version 3.4

Hello,

I had installed S32 design studio version 3.4 a couple of years ago. After switching to a new computer i am trying to install it again. However, when I try to activate the software using the previous license that I had, it threw out an error. Using this troubleshooting step 2, https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32-Design-Studio-Knowledge-Base/Troubleshooting-Activation-fails-with-... i now have a new error. It says Error creating activation handle. (FNP error 50003,71000,10103) and the command prompt says "The licensing service is too old."

How do i get past this error?

Hello, the key in the license key tab is the same one that has been generating the errors i listed above. What else should i try?

Thanks for reaching out to us. About your problem, when you download the installer from FlexNet you should be able to get a new license key in the License Key tab:

You should see something similar to this:

Please check if you see a new license number and if you are able to use it.
