How to enable the "preserve partitioning of the device" using command line for flashing the s32k144 board ?

I'm afraid this feature is not supported by command line GDB server.
One option is to use 3-rd party tool( PROGACMP | ARM Flash Programming Software for Multilink and Multink FX debug probes | PEmicro )
