S32DS activation failure

Hi,  I have installed S32DS（version：S32DS_Vision_Win32_v2018.R1_b181126）in the ubuntu. I  opened  the software and it asked for an activation at first , but I ran into  a problerm like this：

I have tried many times，but still can't solve this problem.Can you give me some suggestions?

Hi, 

I never saw this error message before. What is the last character (probably some unicode stuff) in our activation key?
