In your previous question, "[S32DS 3.5+RTM401] I don't know what this SHxT happened" I mentioned why I don't recommend using RTM401 with S32DSv3.5.

I would also like to suggest that you use the latest version of the S32K1 SDK. It's important to note that S32K1 SDK RTM 4.0.3 and 4.0.2 fixed many bugs, listed in the Release Notes. S32K1 SDK RTM 4.0.3 was the last version of the SDK, and it was subsequently replaced by S32DS v3.5.x and v3.6.x paired with RTD.

Therefore, I recommend that older projects use S32K1 SDK RTM 4.0.3 + S32DS v3.4. However, it's necessary to unify all projects and software environments in your company that used versions 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 to version 4.0.3.

BTW, 

This situation happened on NOTHING Updated , after install S32DS 3.5 ... pure install. 

NO RTM !  NO RTM !  NO RTM !  NO Update ! NO Extensions install/update. 

Just import previous project , created by [ v3.5+RTM401 ] !!

Use [ /File /Import /General /Existing Projects into Workspaces ] Function !! 

And [Copy projects into workspace] from another (NOT under workspace) path .
