S32 Flash Tool failure to establish communication with device

I am trying to flash bootloader in board having S32E controller with S32FT and board is not getting connected with com port. It shows failure to establish communication with target device.

program is working fine with Evaluation board.

Please check attach error snapshot and UART schematic.

PROC_BOOTMOD0 connected to 3.3V and PROC_BOOTMOD1 connected to GND

Could you please help us to solve this issue.

Hi @sandip2, 

I'm assuming that you are using it with a custom board (about your schematic), in this case if the port com is not detected by your PC, I recommend you check if you have the correct drivers installed. The EVB board are not using the same device for USB communication that you in your schematic.

schematic of Eval board and customer board is same. we have copied it from Eval board schematic.
