S32 Design Studio for S32

I installed S32DS version V3.6 earlier, but for some reason I reinstalled the system (S32 DS is installed on the data disc). Currently I need to reactivate the software. But the embarrassing thing is that I have found on the official website (https://nxp.flexnetoperations.com/control/frse/licenseorderline?orderKey=***&ordLnNum=1&authPartyId=... authContactId=***) to find the corresponding key, however, it still can't be activated successfully and reports the following error:

When trying to install, has S32DS generated any log files? You can look at them from the following directory: 

"C:\NXP\S32DS.3.6.1\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.6.1_installation\Logs"

Please share the log.

This install log was generated by me in January, but I want to confirm that I reinstalled windows and formatted the C drive at the end of March! So I am not sure if this log is valid. Do I need to have another solution? Thank you for your recovery!
