My Customer install S32DS3.4 successful as the first time.But he reinstall their OS Windows 10.
And it's failed after reinstalling S32DS3.4 use the same activation code.
Could you please help to resolve this problem?

did your customer returned License prior re-installing OS? If not - he can return it in Product download page:
and start S32DS installation again.
