S32 Design Studio License Issue

Hello Everyone,

I am new to NXP environment, I installed S32 Design Studio in my desktop and followed the license activation procedures. While opening the software i getting the following prompt.

When I click the press the close button, the entire software window also closes.

I looking for solution.

You have to reenter your activation code if you activated it online or the activation request file "request.xml" for offline. 

To verify if this is the situation, please share the "Details".

Thanks for the reply. The issue was with our side. The installed software got corrupted. I re-installed and now working fine.
